FAQ'S
Q1. What do you actually produce.
A1. I manufacture a range of 2’x2’, 1’x1’, 2’x1’ modular terrain tiles which are ready to be placed onto the gaming table. Terrain features include hills, rivers, roads, etc. I also have an extending range of handmade tabletop accessories for both 15mm and 28mm gaming, and a growing range of modelling accessories and wargaming related items.
Q2. Will Terra Firma Studios be attending UK shows.
A2. I am not intending to attend shows around the UK. If you want to see my work then I am Happy for you to arrange a visit to my workshop.
Q3. Will you design terrain to my own design.
A3. I am always more than happy to discuss your requirements about custom built terrain. Contact Me and discuss your requirements.
Q4. How long will it take for my order to arrive.
A4. All my terrain is made to order, and each order is placed in the queue based on it date of receipt. for freestanding items I try to complete all orders within 7 - 21 days (however this fluctuates dependant on the amount of orders on hand). For full table layouts and terrain boards it is dependant on how many orders and the size of them at the time you place your order. You can get an idea of start date by checking the news page before ordering.
Q5. Are all your tiles and products compatible with each other across your range.
A5. Yes. All the tiles I manufacture can be used with each other so a mix of plain and enhanced tiles will be fine. The table top ranges are also designed to work with any set of boards you should purchase from me. I am consistent with the products I use to guarantee this.
Q6. Will you ship to Europe, the USA and rest of the world.
A6. Yes I can ship my tiles and accessories to anywhere in the world - however most shipping companies in the UK have introduced a volumetric weight policy (weight based on size policy), so all items will be treated on the calculated weight of the outer case.
