Custom layouts & one offs
At the end of last year, I was talked into helping a Good Friend of mine build a table for a participation game to be held at Triples in 2011 on a very limited budget. With nothing more than a basic map and a head full of Ideas this was the end result of many months work. The Church was built as a personal favour to me by Jason at the Bunker and I added a base and some scenery to make it fit into the table. All the pictures were taken at the Triples show culminating in the Game being voted the Best in Show. The Table is now owned by Gripping Beast after a worthy donation to charity.
The participation game was created to highlight the forthcoming release of the SAGA rules. Plenty of images here to enjoy they may take a while to upload.
TRIPLES 2011 DEMONSTRATION TABLE
This 3ft 6inch long stepped mountainside was a great feature to build, and took endless hours to get the sandstone face just right.

I don't get too many requests for Indian jungles so here is my take on one.

The next two projects were my favorite projects of 2009 so they get their own slide shows.
First up is a project for a regular customer who had a church building and a picture of Plancenoit, my task was simply to use the church and create a representation of the church yard at Plancenoit, from the picture.
Simpy called Project Plancenoit.
This next slide show was the highlight of 2009 for me. With a sketch of a layout from a customer and his very nice Grand Manner Farmhouse, my task was to create a layout that satisfied his requirements, and after a little discussion we came up with a design that expanded his options from this one set of boards. Enabling several table to be created from a handful of boards in total a 4ft x 4ft layout. (lots of pictures here). A lot of work went into this one as both the buildings had less than level bases as the pictures will highlight.
