TERRAIN BOARD SETS - up to 5 weeks  from order to dispatch. 

January 28th 2012 - Due to increased materials cost my prices will have to rise after three years of almost fixed prices.

January 24th 2012 - I have received a lot of orders in the 2 weeks since opening the shop please note this will have a small impact on dispatch times as I await some deliveries from suppliers.

The business has grown considerably over the last three years and this has meant I have had to take a difficult decision. I have decided to strictly limit the number of commissions for full custom tables and terrain this year, as I dedicate my time to product development and ensuring the online business runs effectively. Commissions take up a lot of valuable time and cause huge backlogs in the normal day to day running  which is unfair to customers who have paid for terrain and have to wait while I clear a commission. I hope you understand my reasoning behind this decision as it is taken with a view to providing good customer service.
