Please note that postage rates for online cart products are only applicable to U.K. customers.Unless stated otherwise. Overseas customers may use the cart but will receive a further invoice for postage before goods are dispatched.

UK SHIPPING CHARGES
Minimum Postage charge is £4.50 for orders with a value of £25.00 and under
It is a requirement of PayPal that all orders are shipped by a tracked delivery method. This is to safeguard both you and me from Fraudulant claims. Please note all postal prices include a charge to cover the cost of packaging in addition to the postal charge.
For items over 1kg I may use a courier service that will deliver within 3 to 5 days from dispatch. You will be contacted by me for a telephone number prior to dispatch. (SEE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION)
The bulk of my products carry a high weight and therefore I have averaged out the cost of postage based on this factor. The following prices are applicable to all products from the freestanding terrain and wargaming accessories pages.

Currently if you Purchase Miniature Bases only they are defaulting to the Paypal cart minimum fee despite my efforts to alter them.

If a parcel is returned uncollected I will contact you to rearrange delivery at a further cost to you. If after 14 days you have failed to contact me, you will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee to cover my costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
I am Happy to ship to anywhere in the world except the following countries, due to high levels of credit card and PayPal fraud I will not ship to the following countries under any circumstances:Ghana, Nigeria, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria or Macedonia.
I will ship to ITALY but only fully insured and signed for deliveries for which you will be invoiced the additional postage charges before the goods are dispatched.
You may use the online Cart but you will be invoiced for the additional postage charges that this incurs, before goods are dispatched as all postage rates are only applicable to UK customers ( this is a limitation of the Pay Pal shopping cart)
Please note I will only ship to the addresses registered with PayPal. It is also a requirement of PayPal that all orders are shipped by a tracked delivery method, and if you have an unconfirmed address I will ask you via email for confirmation of the address as Pay Pal request that I confirm the shipping address and retain the proof.
You are responsible for any customs duties that may be applied to your purchase. (EU countries do not levy any duties)

contact me for an approximate cost to your country as it can be very expensive to ship to some locations.
all orders over 2kg (2000 grams) are sent by overseas courier. Please use the ordering page form to send me your order and I shall return you the correct postal cost to your destination.
