UK SHIPPING CHARGES
It is a requirement of PayPal that all orders are shipped by a tracked delivery method. This is to safeguard both you and me from Fraudulant claims. Please note all postal prices include a small charge to cover the cost of packaging in addition to the postal charge.
Currently for all products available for online purchase please note the following:
I have tried to be as fair as possible with uk postage rates and If you feel that you have been overcharged then I will happily refund any excess. If you reach the checkout and find that you are being asked to pay over £20.00 please contact me directly with your order for a cost as the PayPal checkout has some limitations that cannot be worked around.
For items under 2kg I use royal mail recorded delivery services.
For items over 2kg I use a courier service that will deliver within 3 to 5 days from dispatch.
For the products not available to purchase directly online, please note that I only charge actual postage and the cost of the packaging it is not my intention to profit from postal costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
I am Happy to ship to anywhere in the world except the following countries, due to high levels of credit card and PayPal fraud I will not ship to the following countries under any circumstances:Ghana, Nigeria, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria or Macedonia.
You may use the online Cart but you will be invoiced for the additional postage charges that this incurs as all postage rates are only applicable to UK customers ( this is a limitation of the Pay Pal shopping cart)
Please note I will only ship to addresses registered with PayPal. It is also a requirement of PayPal that all orders are shipped by a tracked delivery method, and if you have an unconfirmed address I will ask you via email for confirmation of the address as Pay Pal request that I confirm the shipping address and retain the proof.
You are responsible for any customs duties that may be applied to your purchase. (EU countries do not levy any duties)
Please
contact me for an approximate cost to your country as it can be very expensive to ship to some locations.
all orders over 2kg (2000 grams) are sent by overseas courier. Please use the ordering page form to send me your order and I shall return you the correct postal cost to your destination.
